Why Geeks Should Write

There are many reasons why people should write. Some people write for enjoyment purposes, making it merely a pastime; others write just for the sake of writing. Though many people do not seem to recognize this, it is a known fact that writing is one of the most essential skillsets anyone - from student to teacher, politician to Pope, and even geeks - should know and nurture.

Writing allows one to openly express themselves, and their personal endeavors, while looking back at what they've seen, learned or done to make themselves better. When writing, the human mind opens itself to endless possibilities of ideas and whatnot that one can take and apply into reality. When you write, for example, a schedule of events for yourself, you do not do it just for the sake of it, but rather to try and implement those daily doings in your own personal life and to make them a habit - and continually developing your own persona.

However, writing is also a necessary form of communication between you and the outside world. What you write can serve to be helpful in another person's life and can inspire such a person to change or be the change! When you write, you not only open doors to new ideas, but you reach out to other people, with a valuable lesson or thought that they can use to better themselves, learn a new thing or two, or even for their personal enjoyment - as long as if you make the content appropriate.

That being said, you'll find here a lot of (possibly) helpful blog posts about my antics through the insanely magical world of CSC148. Therefore, here's my slog. Enjoy.
